About these terms
These terms apply to your use of thegiftspree.com and to every purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Vicky Enterprise ("The Gift Spree", "we", "us"), H.No. 48, Bawana J.J. Colony, Delhi 110039, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products
We sell digital products: printable files (PDF, PNG) and editable Canva template links. Each product page describes what is included, the file format and how it is delivered. Colours and print results may vary slightly with your screen, printer and paper.
Licence to use
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial purposes, such as gifts, cards and invitations for family and friends.
You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or sub-license the files or template links, or use them in products you sell. All designs, text and templates remain the intellectual property of The Gift Spree.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. Your payment is also subject to the payment partner's terms.
- We may change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
- If a price is shown wrongly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Delivery
Products are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please make sure your email address is correct. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, copy its content in bulk, place fraudulent orders or use someone else's payment details without permission.
Limitation of liability
We take care to make our products accurate and useful, but they are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
