Orders, payment and delivery
How will I receive my product?
After your payment is confirmed you get an email with a download link, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. Please check your spam or promotions folder too.
Is anything shipped to my address?
No. All our products are digital files. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets, through our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered, but you get a full refund if your download link never arrives, the file is faulty and we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice. Write to us within 7 days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I use the designs for my business or resell them?
No. Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use: your own gifts, cards and invitations. Reselling or sharing the files is not allowed.
I did not get my download link. What should I do?
Email support@thegiftspree.com with the email address and phone number you used at checkout. We will resend the link the same working day.

Which paper should I use?
Any A4 paper works. For a firmer card, use 200 to 300 gsm card stock; most print shops keep it.
Can I print the cards more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own gifting.

Does the guide link to specific shops?
No. Ideas are written to be bought anywhere, online or offline, so you can choose the seller you trust.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. The PDF opens in any PDF reader on Android, iPhone, tablet or computer.

Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Every template uses free Canva elements and works with a free account.
Can I edit on my phone?
Yes. Template links open in the Canva app on Android and iPhone as well as on a computer.
