Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products only
Every product sold on thegiftspree.com is a digital file: PDF, PNG or a Canva template link. No physical product is shipped, so there are no shipping or courier charges.
How delivery works
- After your payment is confirmed, we send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Delivery usually takes a few minutes and always happens within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- The link lets you download the files for your own use. Please save them to your phone or computer.
- If you entered a wrong email address, write to orders@thegiftspree.com and we will send the link to the correct address.
If your files have not arrived
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for "The Gift Spree".
- Still nothing? Email support@thegiftspree.com with your order ID, name and phone number. We resend the link the same working day.
If we cannot deliver your files, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
